Christies Plead Guilty in Federal Court; January Sentencing Set

Christies Scheduled to Enter Guilty Pleas Friday
Roger Christie and his wife, Share, had been scheduled for an Oct. 8 trial on a total of 15 federal charges related to the operation of the Hawaii Cannabis Ministry.
Judge Reverses Position, Won’t Allow Religious Defense
The ruling means Roger Christie cannot use the Religious Freedom Restoration Act as the basis for his THC Ministry during his trial scheduled for Oct. 8.
