Mayor Mitch Roth and Hawaiʻi County staff have reviewed what the ACLU of Hawai‘i is claiming in its lawsuit against the City and County of Honolulu regarding enforcement actions agains the homeless — and he said on Tuesday that what is happening on Hawai‘i Island regarding park enforcement operations is different.
