Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

PinkLimoKona, LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers flexible working hours, with an initial commitment of 10 hours per week. As an Administrative Assistant, you will report directly to the Manager, Tina Marie, and work remotely. Please note that this position is for an independent contractor, and the candidate must have their own computer.


Responsibilities:

● Learn FareHarbor and become proficient in using the platform.

● Update social media accounts during critical periods such as holidays, prom time, graduation time, etc.

● Maintain and update the company website using WIX.

● Navigate and engage on various social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts.

● Schedule drivers and ensure efficient coordination of their assignments.

● Recruit and conduct training for new drivers.

● Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the limousine.

● Monitor Wix for incoming communication three times daily and forward relevant information to Julia.

● Generate reports from FareHarbor as requested.

● File monthly reports with the airport authorities to ensure compliance.

● Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.


Requirements:

● Excellent computer skills, especially in using Photoshop.

● Strong communication skills, including active listening.

● Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

● Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks, particularly with FareHarbor.

● Ability to work collaboratively with team members and demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork.


Payment Policies:

● Pay Rate: $21/Hr and invoices are submitted twice monthly.

● This is a part-time position requiring 10 hours per week initially.

● The selected candidate will work remotely.

● This position is for an independent contractor which means that the person is not an employee.

Invoices are required with progress reports attached.

● Invoices submitted on the 1st and 15th of each month are paid by the 5th and 30/31 st of each

month.

● Contractors handle their own taxes. They are not deducted by PinkLimoKona,LLC nor does the

Company report contractor earnings.

● Candidates must possess their own computer.
