Update: Runaway 14-year-old found in Puna

Update: Big Island police report that 14-year-old Aiden Becker, who was previously reported as a runaway, was located Dec. 28 in Puna in good health.

Original story: Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Aiden Becker, who was reported as a runaway. 

Becker was last seen in the area of North Glenwood Road in Mountain View, on Dec. 20, 2022, at 7:30 p.m.

He is described as having a slim build, 6 feet tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Becker is known to commonly wear a Cincinnati Reds baseball cap and gray Crocs footwear.

Police ask anyone who may have any information on Becker’s whereabouts to contact the police department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.
