Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo reopened last year with an overarching cultural theme focused on hula. Most prominent are the dozens of hula dancer portraits throughout the hotel and rooms by famed Hawai‘i photographer Kim Taylor Reece. Adjacent restaurant Hula Hulas also features a magnificent floor-to-ceiling color mural designed by Reece.
