A one-way traffic pattern on Banyan Drive in Hilo will be in effect on Saturday, March 5 between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.

The temporary change in traffic is to accommodate walkers taking part in the 19th Annual Hilo Heart & Stroke Walk & Health Fair.

Traffic will flow in the makai, or northeasterly, direction on Banyan Drive between both sides of Lihiwai Street.

Parking during the hour-long closure will be allowed on one side of Banyan Drive to coincide with the one-way pattern.
