Kona Man, Puna Woman Sought For Questioning

Big Island police today said they are looking for a Kona man and a Puna woman in connection with unrelated criminal cases.

Police said Alfred Spinney, 49, of Kailua-Kona is wanted for questioning in connection with an abuse case.

Spinney is Hawaiian, 5-foot-9 and 250 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.

Roberta Banks, 54, of Pahoa is wanted for questioning regarding a custodial interference case.

She is Hawaiian, 5-feet tall and 85 pounds with brown eyes.

Police ask that anyone with information on either person call the police department’s non-emergency number at 935-3311.
