Kelii Nobriga was last seen on the 1700 block of Kino‘ole Street in Hilo.

The burglary of tools, home appliances and other items occurred in August of 2025 at a house on Pineapple Parkway.

In one case the suspect used the Hawai‘i Police Department’s phone number and the name of a Hawai‘i Police Department employee to validate the scam, fleecing the victim of nearly $200,000.
