KAPA Hawaiian FM morning personalities Jaz and Ka’ea welcomed Kuana Torres Kahele to the KAPA Cafe.
Kuana is a singer, songwriter, producer, teacher, musician, and dancer from Hilo, Hawaii. He co-founded the multi-Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award winning group, Na Palapalai, that has released seven albums that have charted in the top five on the Billboard Top World Albums chart. In 2011, Kuana’s released his solo album Kaunaloa that won six Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards, including “Album of the Year” and “Song of the Year.”
