In this group we explore communication skills and areas of self-awareness that are essential in healthy and thriving relationships:
* Self-Awareness- Mindfully navigating feelings and needs.
* Listening - Accurate, empathic listening to understand and support yourself and others.
* Speaking - Honest, clear, no blame, and straight from the heart.
Each evening I'll present a topic and we'll practice with each other and then share to expand our learning and integration. Based on the five skill sets of Nonviolent Communication and other mindfulness tools. This is a fun and heart-felt group where we enjoy building friendships and community.
People who have learned and practiced these skills and tools say that their relationships are more peaceful, authentic and trusting.
