Soft-ground is a delicate, waxy coating that can be imprinted with found objects or drawn into to create beautiful tonal variations and linework. Topics covered will include techniques in etching, image development, safer mordents, color plate registration, and various printing methods. Each participant will produce a limited edition print during the workshop.
