Big Island’s Four Seasons Named Hawaii’s Top Resort

The Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai at Historic Kaupulehu on the Big Island was named by readers of Conde Naste Travel magazine as the top resort in Hawaii.

The Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai edged out the Four Seasons Resort Lana’i –The Lodge at Koele, for the top spot by a one-tenth of a point in the survey.

Four Seasons resorts dominated the ratings with four of its Hawaii properties earning the top four spots on the list.

The Fairmont Orchid (7) was the only other Big Island resort rated among the top 10 by the magazine’s readers. Other Big Island resorts on the list were the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel (12), Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows (16), and the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel (19).

The Island of Maui had the most resorts on the list, led by the Four Seasons Resort at Wailea, rated third.
