Portions of the parking lot near the Mo`oheau Bus Terminal will be closed beginning Wednesday night as preparations get underway for a repaving project next week.

Following the preparations, the parking lot will reopen at 5 p.m. on Friday.

The bus terminal will remain open for Hele-On passengers during the closure.

Repaving of the parking lot on the Hamakua side of the terminal will get underway on Monday. No vehicle traffic will be allowed to the terminal after 7 a.m. and pedestrian access will be limited.

The entrance to the bus terminal is scheduled to reopen at 5 p.m. Monday.

During that time the terminal’s parking lot will be resurfaced.
