The alt-indie band The Oceanographers with Infinite Radio and Mr. Chris will be performing at the Bayfront Kava Bar in Hilo tonight November 30 at 7 p.m.

Jingle Belles
Elvis will be at the historic Palace Theater on Saturday December 1 for the fabulous Jingle Belles Variety Show. Female entertainers will impersonate, dance, sing and keep tummies shaking with laughter.

Crafty Christmas
Waimea’s biggest indoor craft fair will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Thelma Parker Gym.
Find that special gift for friends, family or for yourself at this festive affair. Food and crafts from local artists will be available at this event.

Twilight Parade and Star Party

The annual Canada-France-Hawai’i Telescope star gazing party is taking place Saturday after the Waimea Christmas Twilight Parade. The Parade begins at 5:30 p.m., and starts its merry trek at Church Row to end at Waimea Town Park.
Then at 7 p.m., telescopes, body-warming beverages and more will be set up at the Canada-France-Hawai’i Telescope’s front lawn.
Astronomers and members of the West Hawai’i Astronomy Club will also be in attendance to field questions and chat about celestial bodies.
