Justin Waiki has turned himself in to police at the Hilo Police Station, according to authorities Tuesday. The 27-year-old Waiki was arrested on site on Monday after surrendering himself to authorities.
Police announced Friday that Waiki was wanted for felony abuse of a household family member, as well as an outstanding warrant.
