Hawai’i Island police seek the public’s help in locating a missing “at-risk” person.
Israel Victorino-Rabang, 23 of Hawi is described as a local male, 5-feet-6-inches tall, weighing 150 pounds. He has long hair, dark LSW shorts and no shirt.
He was last seen riding a skateboard on Kumakua Street in Hawi.
Victorino-Rabang requires medication.
