Hawai‘i Community College – Pālamanui and the University Center, West Hawai‘i at Pālamanui have been up and running since August 2015. Since then, the campus has seen growth in enrollment and programs offered.

Talk story sessions are scheduled for Friday, May 18, 2018, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, May 19, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Kailua-Kona Library, where you can find out about campus happenings and updates.

Carrie Kuwada Phipps, educational specialist for the University Center, will showcase new and current programs offered through the campus, which includes certificates, non-credit offerings, and associate, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees.

She will also discuss upcoming workshops and informational sessions that are open to the community; answer questions; and provide on-site help with the Fall 2018 online application process. The deadline for the fall semester application is Aug. 1, 2018.
