Amateur and professional photographers are wanted for the newest competition and exhibit from Volcanoes National Park.

The project, called “Images From the Edge,” will feature photographs taken from within the park by residents and visitors of all ages and skill levels.

If you visited the park in the last three years and took an original image, you are able to enter this competition and possibly show the image in a photo exhibit. Photographers can enter their work in color or black and white and feature the subject matter of their choosing.

First, second, and third place awards will be given for the Amateur-Beginner category, the Amateur-Advanced, and the Professional. There will also be three to seven Honorable Mentions. The entry fee for up to three photos is $25.
