Looking Ahead

Winds are expected to weaken and veer out of the east-southeast for the weekend. That means afternoon sea breezes are forecast to bring clouds to interior and lee areas while nighttime land breezes will help to clear our skies of cloud cover. Volcanic haze could spread over Hawaii County. If you have breathing issues make sure to take the necessary precautions. A wetter trade wind weather pattern is forecast to return to the Aloha State next week.
