Looking Ahead

Light winds, muggy conditions and haze are expected through Thursday with afternoon sea breezes and cloud cover. Showers are possible for interior and leeward spots in the afternoon as well and land breezes will help clear skies at night. Trade wind weather is expected to return around Friday as a weak front moves down the island chain.

We have northeast winds today around 15 mph. High temperatures are forecast from 80° to 85° but feeling warmer due to a high heat index. Mostly sunny skies to start with building cloud cover and scattered showers in the afternoon. Conditions will be muggy and hazy.

Tonight 

Northeast winds are forecast around 15 mph. Partly cloudy skies are expected for Hawaii County with isolated showers. Low temperatures from 66° to 71°.
