The northbound lane of Kohala Mountain Road is now fully open following a landslide in the area, according to the Hawai’i Police Department.

The Hawai’i Police Department is reporting a landslide along Highway 270, or Kohala Mountain Road, in North Kohala, near the 28 mile marker.

Authorities say the landslide is causing delays in the area.
