Police said Philip Pai was last seen at his home at 5:30 p.m. He is in need of medical attention and may appear disoriented, police said.

Pai is 5-foot-7, 155 pounds and of Korean ancestry. He was wearing a camo-style brown- and-green jacket and black-and-white shorts. He walks with a noticeable limp.
