Police Seeking Missing Kona Man

A 57-year-old Kona man is being sought by the Hawai‘i Police Department after being reported missing.

William Frederick Combs, also known as Richard Wayne Kowski and Tony Eugene Combs, was last seen in the Kona area in January.

He is described as Caucasian, 6-feet tall, and 175 pounds with green eyes.  He has gray hair and tattoos on both arms.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
