Police Renew Request for Help Finding Fugitive

Police have renewed their request for information on a 21-year-old Kailua-Kona man wanted for abuse of a family or household member.

Moala Kuahuia Kaupu is 5-foot-11 and 185 pounds, with brown eyes and short, curly black hair.

Both of his ears are pierced and he has a scripture tattoo on an inner forearm.

Anyone with knowledge of Kaupu’s whereabouts is asked to call the police department at 935-3311.

Police previously issued a request for help finding Kaupu in January.

Anonymous tipsters can call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
