‘Nutcracker Ballet’ to Be Performed at Kahilu Theatre

West Hawai‘i Dance Theatre and Academy will light up the holidays by presenting The Nutcracker Ballet with the Kamuela Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Maestro Brian Dollinger. Special guests will accompany the dancers.

The ballet will be performed Dec. 21 to 23, 2018, at the Kahilu Theatre in Waimea.

The visually stunning festive family-friendly production includes more than 70 dancers and guest professional dancers. Included in this years roster is Frederick Davis, star of the PBS Documentary From the Street to the Stage, Shaina Liebson, Alberta Ballet and Ballett im Revier in Germany, Miho Tsutsumi, Matsuyama Ballet Company, Ryuske Kishida, Yanomoko Ballet Company, and Timour Bourtasenkov, Carolina Ballet and Bolshoi Ballet.
