Looking Ahead
A high pressure ridge north of the islands will maintain moderate trade winds through the week. Periods of elevated moisture will move across the state from the tropics, leading to clouds and enhanced showers at times. The first of these wet trade events will continue into Tuesday morning for the western end of the island chain. A brief drying trend will occur on Tuesday and Wednesday, with a second round of enhanced showers expected on Thursday.
