The Hawai‘i Pacific Parks Association (HPPA) has opened a new national park store in downtown Hilo. The store features a variety of collectibles, park apparel, local-made environmentally friendly crafts, Hawai‘i wildlife plush and gifts for children.

The park store is located on the second floor of Mokupāpapa Discovery Center at the corner of Kamehameha and Waianuenue avenue.

NPS rangers and HPPA staff at the store provide opportunities for the public to connect to Hawai‘i Volcanoes National Park during the current closure due to Kilauea’s ongoing eruption.
