North Hawai‘i Community Hospital announces that Dr. Thomas Au has joined the Primary Care Clinic at North Hawai‘i Health and Wellness.

Dr. Au graduated from the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawai‘i and completed his internal medicine residency at St. Mary’s Hospital and Medical Center in San Francisco, California. Dr. Au is a Fellow of America College of Physicians, the specialty society for internal medicine.

Dr. Au brings 40 years of experience in private practice in internal medicine in Honolulu to North Hawai’i, fulfilling a lifelong dream of practicing medicine in the Big Island. As one of the first graduates of the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawai‘i, Dr. Au affirms a strong commitment to the people of Hawai’i in promoting wellness and health.
