These hour-long classes help promote an active lifestyle that improves health, reduces the risk of chronic illness, controls weight and decreases stress.

“At West Hawaii Community Health Center, we are committed to helping our community develop good, healthy habits that have long-reaching health benefits,” said West Hawaii Community Health Center CEO Richard Taaffe. “Health and wellness initiatives like these fun, free well-being classes are an important part of treating the whole person and improving patient care.”
