Hilo Downtown Improvement Association will present the 32nd Annual Downtown Hilo Christmas Light Parade “Christmas Parade of Lights” on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017, beginning at 6 p.m.

The parade is a long-standing Hilo tradition.

A special event will also be featured in the heart of Downtown Hilo on Kamehameha Avenue.

Attendees are invited to bring canned food donations for The Food Basket, Hawai‘i’s Food Bank, to help ensure every family has a meal on their table this holiday season.

Simply look for the KTA shopping wagons in the parade and drop your donation in the wagon.

Pauahi Street, Kamehameha Avenue, Waianuenue Avenue, Keawe Street and Kilauea Avenue will be closed from 6 to 9 p.m.
