Strategic Planning Workshop for Business Owners on Sept. 30

The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will offer a workshop on “Strategic Planning: Finishing the Year Strong to Kick off 2018” on Saturday, Sept. 30, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. The class will be held at the NELHA (OTEC) Campus at Hale Lako located at 73-970 Makako Bay Drive.

Presenter Stephanie Beeby, an entrepreneur, speaker and principal of InFlow CEO Consulting, will instruct attendees on how to develop a framework for using 2017 business results to end the year strong and achieve first quarter success in 2018. She will also show participants how to leverage productivity measures and manage priorities. Beeby regularly works with local business owners to develop effective strategies for their businesses.

The fee to attend the workshop is $20 and those interested may register online.
