Fermented Foods Workshops in Laupahoehoe
Jasmine Silverstein will offer three Fermented Foods Workshops at Laupahoehoe Community Public Charter School Teaching Kitchens this month.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to make your their own probiotic-rich foods at home.
All supplies and organic ingredients will be provided.
No cooking skills necessary, just an interest in good food.
Each participant will go home with products and live culture starters.
July 16: Sauerkraut, Kombucha & Jun
July 23: Kimchi & Yogurt
July 30: Pickled Veggies & Vegan Nut-Based Cheese
Choose one class or take all three.
The cost is $55 per class or take all three for $150.
