Daylight Mind Chef Ash Danao has created a unique menu to celebrate love on Valentine’s Day.
Borrowing inspiration from the four earthly elements, the courses follow the themes of Earth, wind, water and fire.
Menu items to choose from include braised Ka‘u beef osso bucco with mashed potatoes, a roasted vegetable tower with herbed polenta and chocolate lava cake.

Wine pairings are available, as well as Daylight Mind coffee to wind down dinner.

In addition to the restaurant, Daylight Mind Coffee Company in Kailua-Kona offers a bakery, a coffee roastery, a coffee house and event space.
