Hawaii Preparatory Academy to Host Admission Events

Hawaii Preparatory Academy will host a series of admission events for prospective K–12 day students.

Prospective students entering grades 9–12 and their parents can register for one of four Preview Days that will be held on Oct. 10, Nov. 10, Dec. 2 and Jan. 16 (Martin Luther King Day).

All high school events begin at 8:45 a.m. and end at 11 a.m., followed by an optional 30-minute question-and-answer session.

Guests will receive an in-depth look at the school’s academic, athletic, visual and performing arts programs and more. Each high school event is limited to 20 guests.

A kindergarten Preview Day will be held for prospective parents at the Upper Campus from 8:15 to 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 24.

Parents will meet with faculty and administrators, observe the kindergarten class, and learn about the school’s philosophy on academic and social development during the kindergarten year.

A Preview Day for students entering grades 6–8 will be held at the Village Campus from 8:15 to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8 (Election Day).

School administrators, current students, and parents will provide information about the academic program and the benefits of an HPA education.

Students and their families also will have an opportunity to visit classrooms, meet teachers, and learn more about HPA’s Middle School curriculum and activities.

The final Preview Day for families with prospective students entering kindergarten or grades 6–8 will be held at the Village Campus from 8:15 to 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 16.

Middle school students and their families will have the opportunity to visit classrooms, meet teachers, and learn more about HPA’s Middle School curriculum and activities.
