Geno Ortiz L.M.T. will share some of the things that he puts to use with Olympians in a presentation on Wednesday at the Go-Team Massage Clinic, located in Kailua-Kona’s Casa De Emdeko Building.

The presentation, titled “Your Muscles, What They Like, & What They Don’t Like,” will be held on Jan. 20 at 6 p.m. It features Ortiz, a licensed therapist in the state for the last 35 years. What stands out on his resume is that he has been a muscular massage therapist at many Winter Olympic and Summer Olympic games, and is the only one from Hawai’i who can claim that.

During the talk, Ortiz will offer answers to muscle-related questions, present demonstrations, and give examples of non-drug therapy and self-care options to enhance muscle functions.
