Over 150 students from the University of Hawai’i at Hilo and Hawai’i Community College will gather for the Fall 2015 semester Great Leaps performance this week.

Dance styles range from Ballet and Jazz to Modern and Aerial Dance pieces. Instructors Celeste Staton, Annie Bunker, and Kea Kapahua choreographed the routines with guest choreographers and graduating students’ senior projects also to be performed.

As a result of popular demand and high volume of attendees during past semester’s performances, the UH-Hilo Performing Arts Center has added a special preview night that will act as a full dress-rehearsal to Saturday’s main performance.

The preview show will take place on Friday, Dec. 4 at 7:30 p.m.. Tickets for all are $3 each.
