Hawai’i CC – Pālamanui Highlights Master of Social Work Degree

Hawai‘i Community College – Pālamanui in Kona will host an informational meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 18 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for those interested in pursuing a Master of Social Work degree through the University of Hawai’i at Manoa.

The three-year degree program is available through distance education technology via interactive television, computer-based delivery, face-to-face onsite, and hybrid approaches, as well as completion of field practicum in your community.

Applicants can sign up to begin the MSW program in Fall 2016, with a deadline to apply of Feb. 1, 2016.

Representatives from the UH Myron B. Thompson School of Social Work will be in attendance.

The informational meeting, held at the West Hawai’i campus, is open to the public and no RSVP is necessary to attend.
