Police Seek Man Last Seen in Nov. 2013

The Hawai’i Police Department is requesting information from the public regarding 24-year-old Puna man Philip Voelker, who was reported missing in January 2014.

Voelker, according to HPD, is also wanted on several outstanding warrants.

Authorities say Voelker was last seen near Orchidland in the Puna district sometime in November 2013. He reportedly has no permanent address.

Voelker is described by police as 6-foot-4 and 210 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes, and several tattoos, including one on his neck of the Grim Reaper.

Anyone with information regarding Voelker’s whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Those who prefer to remain anonymous should call the Big Island Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
