KAPA Hawaiian FM morning personalities Jaz and Ka’ea welcomed actor Sean Astin to the KAPA Cafe.

Sean is competing in the upcoming Ironman World Championship in Kona, and talks about training and preparing for it. He is an actor, director, and producer most known for his roles in The Goonies, Rudy, and The Lord of the Rings trilogy. His upcoming movie Woodlawn is being released later this month.
