Yoga? Wine? Chocolate? Rays on the Bay at the Sheraton Kona will host a combination of the three at a Vinyasa, Vino & Chocolate event on Sept. 18 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Alyssa Kratz of Soul Shape Yoga will be featured at the event, which will include an hour-long Ashtanga/Vinyasa class at 6 p.m., followed by volcanic wine flights from around the world in either red or white, and chocolate dessert in the Rays’ Ulu Lounge.

“Yoga, wine, and chocolate are all such experiential, sensual things,” said Kratz. “After a sunset yoga class, you’re all the more ready to enjoy fine things like wine & chocolate! The idea is that when one fully turns their senses towards a single sensation, he will notice multiple facets of that experience that went unnoticed before.”

The yoga course is for all levels and abilities.
