One of the most popular items at the Evolution Bakery are their New York style bagels, so if you’re having a hankering for an everything bagel sandwich, this is the spot! Other delicious options are cakes, confections, gluten free and vegan baked goods, delicious and award winning banana bread, real fruit smoothies and fresh pressed juices made to order. The vibes at Evolution are totally cool, laid back, island-style, and also offer a sense of that nostalgic coffee shop feeling. This is a great place to connect with friends, enjoy a Kona coffee and hear some good tunes, have a work meeting, read a book and chill, meet some cool folks, or set up a chess game for two.
The Evolution Bakery and Cafe in Kailua-Kona is open 7 days a week, but please note that they do not serve a full breakfast menu on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. But, they do serve their bagel sandwiches every day!
