Big Island Surf Forecast
Hilo side: Waist/shoulder high waves expected today for east exposed breaks.
Kona side: Wave heights of waist/shoulder high are expected. The best breaks could get bigger waves on the sets.
South: Wave heights waist/shoulder high are expected. Standout spots could get a bit bigger on the sets.

Our current south-southwest continues to fade into Tuesday. A new series of south-southwest swells are due in Wednesday through Sunday. A reinforcement is also on tap for the end of the month.
Out of the North Pacific conditions will be pretty flat with no significant swells on the horizon.
Trade swell it expected through the next few days in the knee to chest high range.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
