UH Board of Regents Plan Special Hilo Meeting

A special meeting has been scheduled by the University of Hawai’i Board of Regents on Thursday, April 16 in Hilo. The 11:30 a.m. meeting will take place on the campus of the University of Hawai’i at Hilo, UCB 127, Ho’olulu Terrace, for testimony and discussion of the “University of Hawai’i at Hilo: The Management of Mauna Kea and the Mauna Kea Science Reserve.”

Those who wish to submit a written statement on items pertaining to the agenda can submit their testimony up to 24 hours prior to the meeting, either by hand delivery or mail to University of Hawaii – Board of Regents, Bachman 209, 2444 Dole Street, Honolulu, HI 968288. Written statement can also be e-mailed to [email protected].

Testimony that is late will be given to the Board within 24 hours of receiving it.

Anyone who wishes to testify in-person on items on the agenda may do so during the Public Comment Period. Interested participants should sign in before the meeting and limit their testimony to three minutes.
