Kim Announced as Vice President of Blue Zones Project Hawaii

Heidi Kim has been appointed as the vice present of Blue Zones Project® Hawaii by Healthways, Inc. and HMSA.

The Blue Zones initiative is a community based program aimed at making healthy choices easier.  The project was brought to Hawaii to help residents live better, longer lives.

In her new role, Kim will be responsible for implementing the Blue Zones Project in Hawaii to create an overall improvement in community well-being, as measured by the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index.®

Kim most recently managed marketing and corporate relations efforts at R.M. Towill Corporation (RMTC), an engineering and planning firm based in the islands.  She has also worked as a marketing research analyst, working with Fortune 1000 companies on communications strategies.
