Police are looking for three local males who allegedly stole computer equipment Saturday from a Hawaiian Beaches home.

Officers responding to the home on the 15-600 block of Kahakai Boulevard were told by a 36-year-old male occupant that while in his home, an acquaintance and two other local males had taken his computer hard drive and a mobile phone.

When asked for the items to be returned, he was struck numerous times in the face.

The victim managed to get away from the suspects and call police. He was taken to Hilo Medical Center where he was treated for minor injuries and released.
