Hilo Man Sought on Warrant for Violating Probation

Police are looking for a 36-year-old Hilo man for allegedly violating probation in an abuse case.

A $10,000 bench warrant has been issued for Lathan Rosa. Police said he is also wanted for questioning in an unrelated theft case.

Rosa is described as part-Hawaiian, 5-foot-10 and 170 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of “ROSA” on his upper back.

Anyone with information on Rosa is asked to call the police department at 935-3311.
