A 28-year-old Kona man has been charged with 37 offenses after he allegedly went on a spending spree using a stolen credit card.

Travis Lee Charbonneau of Captain Cook was charged today with theft of a credit card, 25 counts of theft of various degrees, nine counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and two counts of identity theft.

Police said the charges stem from a report from a Keauhou business owner that a company charge card had been used at a Kailua-Kona store without authorization.

Charbonneau was being held in lieu of $57,000 bail.
