A 24-year-old Hilo woman has been charged with burglary and other property crimes.

Suzy Chun was arrested on an outstanding warrant late Wednesday.

She was charged Thursday with three counts of burglary and five counts of theft.

Her bail was set at $116,000.

Chun was allegedly involved in break-ins of homes located in Panaewa Farm Lots, Upper Waiakea and Laupahoehoe.

Police said the items removed included jewelry, computers and gaming systems with a combined value of more than $10,000.
