Expect that once again, International Nights will be a sell-out.

The University of Hawai`i at Hilo once again offers the world to this sleepy town on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 22-23.

The popular cultural event involves two nights of dance, exhibitions, music, martial arts, storytelling and more, featured from lands far away, on the Performing Arts Center stage.

This year, student performers will represent Hawai`i, Samoa, Marshall Islands, Japan, India, Palau, Germany, Tahiti, Palau, China, Yap, Philippines, Tonga, Pohnpei, Korea, Chuuk, Timor-Leste, Kosrae and the US.

Tickets are $10 general and $5 for students, seniors and children. They are available at the box office from Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tickets will also be sold at the door.

The university accepts cash or checks only for these particular shows.Tickets are not available online or by credit cards. For more information call 808-974-7310.

Call, or stop by the box office to get tickets early to ensure your seat and attendance at this entertaining show. Show starts at 7:30 p.m. Get ready to holler and clap ’til your throat and  hands get sore.
