Police Searching for Missing Pahoa Woman

Hawaii County police are requesting the public’s help in finding a 31-year-old Pāhoa woman who was reported as missing.

Kimberly Horoschak is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-4, 135 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes. Horoschak is known to frequent the Kona area, but has reportedly been sighted in Hawi. She may be in the company of a California man who also frequents the Kona area.

Authorities are also searching for a white 1993 Toyota 4 Runner with the license plate HVP 178.

Police ask that anyone with information on Horoschak’s whereabouts, or the whereabouts of the vehicle contact Detective Robert Almeida at 961-2386 or by email at [email protected].

The public may also call the police department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona.
